Dandruff (How to remove dandruff naturally)

What is Dandruff? 





Dandruff is very common to people around the globe especially for a man. And you know what, dandruff is not really a big problem because it’s not affect human health and body but it’s really disturbing especially when it creates itchiness. Dandruff is a common skin condition that causes flakes of dead skin to appear in the hair. Dandruff can also make the scalp feel itchy. The condition is not contagious and does not usually pose a threat to health, but can be unpleasant and embarrassing. Dandruff can range from mild to severe.

What causes dandruff?

Dandruff can be a natural process in the body even it can be abnormal. Dandruff can be formed when the natural cycle of skin renewal is speeded up. This leads to patches of dead skin forming on the surface of the scalp, which come away into the hair, resulting in the flakes associated with dandruff. There are several factors that affect the skin renewal cycle to speed up. I take several possible causes dandruff from nhs.uk. As follows:
1. Seborrhoeic dermatitis – a common yet poorly understood condition that causes oily skin; people with seborrhoeic dermatitis can also experience flaking on other parts of the body such as the eyebrows, the side of the nose and anywhere where skin folds together, such as the armpits.
2. Malassezia – a type of fungus that normally lives harmlessly on skin but, if it grows out of control, can accelerate production of new skin. These are thought to be interlinked. The presence of the fungus on skin may provoke an abnormal response from the immune system (the body’s defence against infection), which can then cause skin to become oily. In turn, oiliness of the skin may encourage further growth of the fungus, which then triggers symptoms of dandruff.

4. not washing your hair or, conversely, washing your hair too much – some people can irritate their scalp if they shampoo their hair too often
5. using other hair products such as hairspray, hair gel and hair mousse
other skin conditions such as psoriasis or eczema – two common skin conditions that can cause skin to become dry, red and flaky
6. having a weakened immune system, which can be the result of a condition such as HIV or as a side effect of a treatment such as chemotherapy
7. For reasons that are unclear, people with Parkinson’s diseaseoften develop both dandruff and seborrhoeic dermatitis.

How to Treat Dandruff
The common treatment for dandruff is using anti-dandruff shampoo regularly. There are many kinds of anti-dandruff products in store that you can easily get. The different types can work in different ways. If one type fails to clear your head from dandruff, it’s always common to change another product until you get the better one. Another way to remove dandruff and avoid itchiness is applying natural ingredients such as lemon, aloe vera, or menthol/mint.  
I’ve taken a sample herb recipe from BBC.UK. It’s just a simple recipe and ingredients. You can get all the ingredients from market.
Anti-Dandruff Hair Oil
6 tbsp fresh rosemary
3 tbsp fresh thyme
3 tbsp fresh lavender
250ml coconut oil
20 drops peppermint essential oil
1. Wash and chop all the plants and place in a glass heat-proof bowl. Stir in the coconut oil. Cover the bowl with a lid and place over a pan of boiling water to create a double boiler. Heat on a medium to low flame for 1 hour. Leave to cool.
2. When cool, stir in the peppermint essential oil. Strain and pour the hair oil into bottles.
USE: Apply 3 teaspoons to hair and massage well into the scalp. Wrap hair in a towel and leave for 30 minutes. Then wash hair a couple of times with normal shampoo to get the oil out completely. Use 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks, and once a week as a preventative measure.
CAUTION: Avoid the eye area, and if you feel any discomfort, wash off immediately.
STORAGE: Will keep for up to 1 year in a cool dark place.

Diarrhea

Diarrhea comes from the Greek word diarrhoia. Dia means "flow" and rrhoia means "through". The term "flowing through" was coined by Hippocrates (Wikipedia). Diarrhea is mainly caused by enteroaggregative E. coli. Diarrhea is commonly known as a condition that involves the frequent passing of loose or watery stools and much more need to go to the bathroom. It can generally disappear in few days even without treatment (Higuera in Healthline.com).
The World Health Organization (WHO) indicates approximately 3.5 million deaths each year which are attributable to diarrhea. Children under the age of 5 years were the dominant number about 80%. Children are more susceptible to the complications of diarrhea because a smaller amount of fluid loss leads to dehydration, compared to adults. Children with diarrhea problem will eventually need to go to the bathroom more than once a day and it is watery loose, green or grey, and smell different from usual sometimes like a rancid egg.
There are many causes of diarrhea but when it eventually disappears in one or two days and children look fresh, healthy, and fun, there is no need to worry. First time aid to avoid children from dehydrate when they got diarrhea problem is giving much water supply to substitute the loose body liquid and add a little sugar.
WHEN DOES IT NEED TO CALL THE DOCTOR?
There are mainly two kinds of diarrhea, i.e.  Acute diarrhea, meaning diarrhea that is not long-term, is a very common cause death in developing nations, especially among young children and babies. It usually appears rapidly and may last from between five to ten days and Chronic diarrhea, meaning long-term diarrhea is the second cause of death among children in developing countries. When it is last after 6 hours that the children still struggle with diarrhea problem, you as a parent need to call the doctor to have several treatments. When it is last up to more than 36 hours without any changing or even getting worse, it is highly recommended to go to the hospital to get better treatment.
When the children got diarrhea, avoid eating, or vomit, he/she might be gastroenteritis. It is a inflammation of flank or entrails that can cause a bad dehydration. So, in other word, you must call the doctor or visit nearest hospital or clinic when there are some codes or symptoms, as follow:
1.    Children got fever and vomit.
2.    There is blood on the children’s feces.
3.    Children look tired, exhausted, and sick.
4.    Children have several signs of having dehydration, i.e. dry mouth and lips, less o little urinary and coloring black, no urinary in 6 hours, and looking very tired.
There are several tips that can maybe become helpful if your children get diarrhea problem and the last advice that the writer wants to share is that immediately call the doctor to get better treatment or immediately have a first aid to avoid bad dehydration on children.

How to Open EPUB and MOBI File

There are many kind of reader format except doc, text or pdf. That's simply enough to open doc file with Microsoft Word or Open Office, using Notepad to open text and using Adobe Reader to open pdf. But it's quite rare to listen to how to open EPUB and MOBI. For several persons, it might be common but it might be rare as well for certain person especially for newbie. There are plenty of application to open those files but here I'd like to share an application that i have already install and try to open those files. I use CALIBRE to open those two files and it works. You can download it below and it's free.

How To Lose Weight

How to lose weight easily and quickly is quite common to listen and there are many articles and tips that present any easy and quick step to lose weight. Adam Bate on his article entitled “Best way to lose weight quickly: how I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks” says that there are three things you need to optimize or focus on:

·         Your diet – what you eat and drink
·         Your exercise – timing and duration of specific exercises
·         Supplementation – speeding up the process with the help of safe drugs

Here I’d like to share about how to lose weight easily and naturally. Here I’d like you to consider that there is no exact guarantee to lose weight quickly because it depends on each individual practices. First of all, considering three kinds of treatments above, I’d like to concern that there are many tricks to lose weight but the main concept of losing weight is those three steps above. Firstly, it’s about diet for quick weight loss. According to Zelman on her article in “Lose Weight Fast: How to Do It Safely”, there are two diet recommendations, i.e.
Dansinger recommends eating a diet that minimizes starches, added sugars, and animal fat from meat and dairy foods. For rapid weight loss, he recommends focusing on fruits, veggies, egg whites, soy products, skinless poultry breasts, fish, shellfish, nonfat dairy foods, and 95% lean meat.
And
Dawn Jackson Blatner, RD, author of The Flexitarian Diet suggests:
·         Eat vegetables to help you feel full.
·         Drink plenty of water.
·         Get tempting foods out of your home.
·         Stay busy -- you don't want to eat just because you're bored.
·         Eat only from a plate, while seated at a table. No grazing in front of the 'fridge.
·         Don't skip meals.
So, it’s interesting point that diet is not stop eating but it’s about how to treat our eating is, what we should eat, and when we should eat. There are still many opinions and beliefs that to lose weight by diet is reducing eating portion and forcing to do fasting. So, it’s clear that diet is not about stop eating but change the way we behave to eat.
Second term to lose weight is about exercise. Doing daily exercise is another method to lose weight. To keep our body healthy and fresh, it’s better to do daily easy exercise, such as jogging, cycling, swimming, or doing several sport activities and going to gym as well. Pillinger suggests in his article “how to lose weight the healthy way” that there are lots of ways to increase the amount of activity you do. Team sports, racket sports, aerobics classes, running, walking, swimming and cycling will all improve your fitness levels.
Another simple daily exercise is walking 45 minutes a day. According to Reader’s Digest the reason we’re suggesting 45 minutes instead of the typical 30 is that a Duke University study found that while 30 minutes of daily walking is enough to prevent weight gain in most relatively sedentary people, exercise beyond 30 minutes results in weight and fat loss. Burning an additional 300 calories a day with three miles of brisk walking (45 minutes should do it) could help you lose 30 pounds in a year without even changing how much you’re eating.
The last thing to do to lose weight is adding supplements. It must be underlined that adding supplements to help lose weight is just an optional if the last two terms above diet and exercises are not enough and it’s strongly suggested that before adding supplements to help lose weight, it would be much more better to consult with doctor and nutrition expert to choose and have better drugs or supplements that can exactly help lose weight.
There are still many ads in online or offline mass media that provide such a pep talk about drugs that can easily help lose weight in a day or week. So, it would be better to select the best supplement and also think hard that you really need additional supplements to lose weight. The thing I’d like to say is that there is no perfect solution and method in any treatment to lose weight even though you have a fat or plastic surgery with a lot amount of money. So, it would be better to have natural treatment and step by step procedure to have better result and less effect.

There are a lot of things to be beautiful and this time I will share a glance of tips how to remove wrinkles on face. Here are 10 ways to naturally remove wrinkles on the face:

1.    Honey

From the past until now honey is a fairly potent herb for all diseases. No exception on facial treatments, honey is very effective in reducing and preventing wrinkles on the face. It is very easy, wash your face first with warm water and rub a little honey to your face and leave on for 20-30 minutes later rinse your face with warm water again and refresh with ice cubes, make sure to wash all the parts in the spread honey.
