how to recover lost or deleted harddisk partition

I downloaded a new movie from internet and i saved in Drive E. In the next few hours I turn on my laptop and open it but Drive E was missing. That's only Drive C and D. I get confused and started to ask some friends and they asked to do some steps:

Open Windows Explorer --> Right Click My Computer --> Manage --> Computer Management
--> Storage --> Disk Management --> You will see the lost Partition (No Name)

Right Click Lost Partition --> Change Driver Letter and Path --> Add --> OK

The lost disk will show up again.


But in my case I didn't find my lost HD so I used an application, Mini-Tool Partition recovery. It worked and it can shows the lost HD without lost data. It's easy to use and Free. Just follow the steps.

4. Calibre
I have ever posted this software before you can check it in Software menu. It's free and easy to use as well. The difference between this software with other is that Calibre is commonly used to open Mobi and Epub that will not be able to be openned with Adobe Reader.
